Laurie Christian

Laurie oversees the firm’s relationships with its clients and will be the main point of contact for all projects. With over 20 years of experience in account management and project management, she is our client advocate: Laurie guides clients through what can be a complex process of discovery, creation, production, and execution, maintaining the client’s comfort level and understanding through each step.

In addition to 9 years as Associate Publisher and national advertising sales for Sun Valley Magazine, a national lifestyle publication, Laurie has successfully managed sales accounts for Jackson Hole Magazine, Park City Magazine, the Aspen Sojourner, and Idaho Golf magazine. She served as the Asian Affairs Coordinator for Maruha Nichiro Holdings and National Sales Executive for Pentair & Hitachi Koki USA. She holds a B.S. in Advertising and Business Marketing from the University of Idaho. An Idahoan for more than 30 years, Laurie lives in Hailey with her husband Matt and dog Reece.


Sarah Murphy

In addition to creating strong brands with unique visual identities, Sarah designs and manages website development at Clear Mind Graphics. She ensures that the functionality of the back-end technology matches the beauty of the front-end design. After a stint as the publication designer for Sun Valley Magazine, where she met her future partners, Sarah landed in Cincinnati at the Justice & Young Advertising Agency, where she worked on award-winning ad campaigns.

Recognizing the need for solid client relationships, meeting time-sensitive deadlines and exceptional design, Sarah returned to the Wood River Valley and founded Clear Mind Graphics. She has a keen appreciation for not only the lifestyle and natural beauty of the area but also the strong sense of community that pervades the Valley. Sarah holds a B.S. in Advertising and Graphic Design.


Julie Molema

After working in the publishing industry for 15 years, and 2 years in marketing and communications, Julie designs Clear Mind Graphics print materials and collateral. She enjoys designing clean materials to get the clients message conveyed quickly and effectively.

Julie’s experience ranges from being the production director for several national magazines in San Diego, becoming managing editor for Boise Journal and McCall Magazine, becoming a graphic designer at the Steamboat Pilot and Today, becoming production director and then art director for Sun Valley Magazine, to becoming the Communications Manager at The Hunger Coalition.

Julie returned to the Wood River Valley in 2010 after a 13-year hiatus. She often wonders what took her so long to come back…as she believes this is one of the greatest places on earth. Julie also owns a jewelry and clothing business – JAM Designs.


Chris McGinnis

Chris is at the forefront of web development, web security and its ever-changing landscape. He is an expert in all dynamic coding languages, and maintains website and server security for Clear Mind Graphics clients to ensure the safety of their data. Originally from Cincinnati, he holds an A.A.S. in Computer Networking and Applications.


Jim Hammerel

Jim is a certified Premier Google Partner and has more than 14 years of experience strategizing and implementing search campaigns. His main areas of expertise include Search ads, Mobile ads, Video ads, and display ads. Jim is an expert in digital and search marketing and helps clients determine how to best achieve their marketing goals online. He is an invaluable part of the CMG team specializing in paid search advertising increasing awareness of clients’ services, helping them acquire new customers, and playing an important role in helping them accomplish their ultimate business goals. Jim brings an invaluable skill set to the CMG team in this ever-changing digital world helping clients reach targeted audiences to generate more sales leads, increase conversions, and improve their ad campaigns ROI.


Michael Hughes

Michael is a marketing writer and editor of Web content for Clear Mind Graphics and their clients. He also owns and operates his own marketing consultancy business, Good Works Public Relations.  In his capacity as a marketing consultant, Michael builds brand awareness and widens market share for his clients who represent multiple industries. In addition to creating SEO marketing content for websites, Michael also manages social media marketing campaigns that result in more customers for his clients’ businesses.  His goal is to get his clients the attention their businesses deserve.

Before establishing his consultancy business, Michael worked at Microsoft where he wrote promotional materials for training programs at Microsoft’s Global Learning Services and edited a monthly online publication that was distributed to Microsoft customers worldwide. He later held the position of Development Officer at the University of Washington where he created Web content, and coordinated high-profile fund-raising events for the School of Pharmacy. He later oversaw media relations campaigns and created website content for a nationwide map publishing company while serving as Communications Director.

Michael holds a B.A. degree in Journalism from California State University, Fresno.
