Alchemie Landscape Architecture seamlessly extends architectural concepts into natural and urban outdoor environments. By treating buildings and their surrounding landscapes as a unified system, the firm creates cohesive spaces that enhance both aesthetic appeal and functional usability.
Established in 1981, the practice applies this guiding principle to a diverse range of projects. Whether designing expansive regional master plans or intimate rooftop courtyards, the team ensures that every outdoor element complements the built environment.
Custom Rooftop Courtyard Solutions
Specialized urban design services focus on transforming limited rooftop spaces into lush, functional outdoor retreats. These custom courtyards maximize available square footage while providing private green sanctuaries in dense architectural settings.
Each rooftop project involves careful planning regarding structural load capacities, microclimates, and sustainable irrigation systems. This meticulous attention to detail ensures long-lasting plantings and durable hardscapes tailored to city environments.
